Position: Senior Payroll Processor
Location: Milpitas, CA
Duration: Full time

Job Description:
Business Unit:
The Corporate Payroll Function is a part of Corporate Finance and the team is responsible for providing employee disbursement services in an accurate, timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

Support the Payroll Team with the following responsibilities:

  • Process a bi-weekly Payroll for 1,300 employees using ADP-Pro Business
  • Support employees with their Payroll questions or concerns
  • Provide solid support for new time card system, once implemented
  • Establish and maintain a solid working relationship with HR Connect
  • Run and distribute management reports using ADP-Pro Business report writer
  • Run data interfaces into payroll system as needed
  • Set up garnishments
  • Reconcile bi-weekly Payroll
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 6+ years’ experience working with a payroll of similar size
  • 3+ years working experience with ADP ProBusiness Payroll Software
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Must be hardworking and willingly contribute to a team
  • Organized, detailed-oriented, and ability to multi-task & prioritize
  • Holds a strong sense of ownership of responsibilities
  • Able to work independently and proactively
  • Openness to looking for ways to improve processes
  • Comfortable with reaching out to others and working with different levels of employees
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Access/Excel
  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) Preferred
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
