Business Unit:
The Broadband Plasma Inspection Division (BBP) is the world leader in the design and manufacture of advanced optical inspection tools for inline monitoring of process defects in advanced semiconductor factories.

Responsibilities:
The Inspection Data Hub is a KT proprietary data storage, distribution and analytics product family. Products inside this family often serve multiple wafer inspection tools in a fab and enable key features on these inspections tools. This technical program manager position provides a unique opportunity for those who are motivated to face challenges both in technical leadership and also in project management fronts. He or she will work with cross-functional teams, as well as various wafer inspection product teams to define the product requirements, pick the right technologies for the product, and drive the product development from design to final field deployment. In addition, this person is also responsible for setting the road map of the Inspection Data Hub product family as we continue to push the limit of wafer inspection and yield management solutions. This position requires certain travel ( 25% ) to collaborate with our customers and suppliers.

Preferred Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have proven success in both product development and project management. Experience in the following:
  • Product development management
  • Product life cycle management
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional team projects
Key skills the candidate must have demonstrated include:
  • Knowledge in cloud computing hardware infrastructure and software platform
  • Knowledge in wafer inspection applications
  • Ability to plan and track product development projects
  • Ability to set direction and make decisions based on ambiguous and sometimes conflicting inputs
  • Comfortable working and aligning across functional boundaries
  • A Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required and a Master's is desired
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering field and at least 5 years of experience in a capital equipment or system R&D organization.
