We’re looking for a hard working individual with a positive attitude to contribute to a great Finance team. In this role as Senior Manager/Controller of Business Development you are representing Finance on M&A functional teams and activities. Core responsibilities would include integration of Financial and Business Processes, aligning financial reporting between different entities, ensuring compliance in processes and procedures.

As part of the Finance Team, our charter is to understand and influence the business in making the right trade-offs and pro-actively find efficiencies. The ideal candidate will work closely with multiple levels of dynamic cross functional teams, including Operations, IT, Finance, Sales. This role offers significant exposure to senior managers and has the opportunity to drive company-wide projects and initiatives in the areas of reporting, planning and analysis.

  • This Finance Manager/Controller is responsible for managing the Finance related integration activities of KLA M&A Deals
  • This position works cross-functionally with other teams including Engineering, Sales, Operations, Marketing from KLA as well as adjoining companies to integrate systems and processes
  • Work with constituents in various organizations to plan integration of Finance and Accounting systems and processes including Sales Ops / Revenue Planning, Operations Integration of Inventory, costing, labor and HC, Accounts Payable, e Procure, GL, Legal Entities etc
  • Develop, Coordinate and Communicate with Senior Leaders on timeline, strategy and progress of integration activities
  • Due diligence reviews of financial statements, make impairment assessments and recommendations
  • Understand compliance and reporting requirements of various business and stakeholders impacted by such M&A activities
  • Manage KLA’s planning, funding and portfolio of activities in new markets outside of Semi

Preferred Qualification:
  • Degree in Accounting with minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience (with emphasis on accounting, forecasting and financial analysis)
  • Must be hard working, has a positive attitude and willingly contribute to a team.
  • Has the ability to create, multi-task and be flexible to multiple requests in a time sensitive manner.
  • Comfortable working in an ambiguous environment and be flexible to constant change.
  • Has a strong sense of ownership of the responsibilities and be self-motivated.
  • Openness to learning and looking for ways to improve.
  • Comfortable with reaching out to others and working with different levels and parts of an organization.
  • Independent and critical thinker, analytical, fast learner and excellent eye for detail
  • Proficient in SAP/TM1 and strong MS Excel an PowerPoint skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to interact professionally with all levels of the company
Minimum Qualifications:
Master's Level Degree with at least 2 years of experience
Bachelor's Level Degree with at least 3 years of experience
