Business Unit:
The Customer Group (CG) team is our field based, customer facing organization consisting of Sales, Marketing, Applications, Finance, Human Resources, Facilities & IT. They partner closely with our customers to provide a comprehensive portfolio of products, services, software and expertise, to help them manage yield throughout their fabrication process—from research and development to final volume production. Responsibilities of this group include maintaining strategic client relationships, identifying and closing sales opportunities, ensuring our products meet performance capabilities & expectations, providing critical solutions for improved yield performance, and collecting requirements for future products by understanding customer processes and technology trends. Partnering with our service organization and factory divisions, this diverse and dynamic team helps ensure alignment between customer needs and corporate offering to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsible for directing all Product and other Technology programs into the customer. Responsible to drive product development programs working cross functionally with all organizations. Regional Product Management will report into the Technical Director position. This will require travel and routine account reviews to different world wide KT & the customer's locations. Works directly with the functional groups to ensure that business and functional requirements are defined and that implementation plans are developed, communicated, and executed against. Defines project schedules and deliverables; recognizes risks and gaps and outlines mitigation strategies. Ultimate measurement of performance will be program execution metrics and achievement of business plan objectives including market share and profitability. The program director will be accountable for ensuring that project goals, objectives and the milestones are met. Ability to leverage technical and business expertise across the firm. Always looks to improve work, products, functions, and processes through on-going analysis. Communicates and shares new information, lessons, and methods with cross-functional team members and upper management to achieve organizational goals.

Preferred Qualifications:
Positions require a minimum of a BS Degree, MS/PhD preferred, with experience in engineering or technology in the area of imaging, optics or electro-optics R&D degree in a technically related field, preferably in the semiconductor capital equipment industry. Experience in semiconductor process technologies and metrology is highly preferred. Wafer fab experience is preferred. 5-10 years progressively more responsible Management Experience. At least 3 years of experience leading engineering groups and cross disciplinary teams.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Level Degree with at least 5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
Master's Level Degree with at least 4 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
