The RAPID division is the world leading provider of reticle inspection solutions for the semiconductor industry. The company provides inspection solutions to both the mask shops and the semiconductor fabs to ensure that lithography yields are consistently high thus enabling cost-effective manufacturing.

The successful candidate will join a high-caliber team of systems engineers and research scientists to design, develop, and enhance next generation DUV inspection and metrology tools for reticles and photomasks. He/She is expected to conceive and conduct experiments through prototyping, data-taking, and simulations to analyze performance of our highly complex systems. One important attribute is the ability to interact with optical, EE, mechanical, software, and algorithm engineers to derive systems-level specifications. Laboratory experience in the field of EE, optics, physics, or applied physics is highly desirable. Familiarity with Matlab or similar software is a must.

Preferred Qualification:
  • Hands-on laboratory experience in physics, optics, or electrical engineering
  • Ability to analyze complex data and derive solutions
  • Independent and curious
  • Prefer PhD in Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics or Optics
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Level Degree with at least 5 years of experience.
Master's Level Degree with at least 4 years of experience.
Doctorate (Academic) with at least 2 years of experience.
