Job Title: Product Marketing Manager - Patterned Wafer Geometry
Location: Milpitas, CA
Duration: Fulltime

Business Unit:
ADE PWG (Patterned Wafer Geometry) group develops systems that help enable 1X nm design rule wafer geometry control for both patterned and unpatterned wafers. The PWG system is built on the production-proven WaferSight platform, it is a single-tool solution for stress-induced wafer shape changes, shape-induced overlay, wafer thickness variation and front- and back-side topography. PWG enables faster process ramp, overlay control, litho focus window control and in-line process monitoring for processes such as thin films, etch, CMP and RTP.

Key member of product and field marketing team. Contribute to the development of new products, including developing the investment rationale, business plan, product configurations and roadmap, and detailed product feature set. Interface with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Sales to develop new products and enhance existing products & product lines.
Contribute to setting and executing strategy for existing products, including pricing, new feature development, product roll-out and product lifecycle management. Own the product adoption and market penetration objectives for assigned product line. Manage customer relationships and identify customer needs for PWG products. Work closely with customers to develop new applications and use cases for PWG products.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • B.S. or M.S. in Engineering preferred with 5+ years’ experience in semiconductor equipment business.
  • Product/Field marketing, Applications Engineering and/or program management experience
  • Excellent presentation & communication skills

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Level Degree with at least 3 years of experience
Master's Level Degree with at least 2 years of experience
